This page will contain various things to help one relax, tips, videos, maybe some music, generally things to de-stress after a stressful situation, please enjoy.

Here are some of the videos to help relax body and mind (assuming one has time to watch). I've seen all these and they work for me. If these don't do it for you, find some that work, perhaps less dialogue and more visually oriented is your taste, or maybe just audio will be enough to bring a state of relaxation (I personally like the Guided Relaxation to talk me through, hence the video selection), in any case find what works for you.

Below are two pages that (I hope) will help during times when one feels too hot or too cold. This can be caused by several things, actual temperature changes (AC/Heater broke, spent too much time outside during Summer/Winter etc.) or due to stress related illness like low blood pressure (hypotension) or bad circulation will cause cold hands and feet or a panic attack will create a sense of overheating and excessive sweating etc. Use these pages to help get your (preceived) temperature back to normal, a process called Conversion Reaction. Use the Warm Page for getting warm and toasty (your own personal sauna if you will) and the Cold Page for that frosty fresh feeling (your own digital icepack). I truly hope this helps someone, somewhere.
